Meet the Artist

Hi there, my name is Ashypie or Ashy for short - im a freelance artist who focuses on a more cartoony art style and often do both Humanoid and Furry art.I am in my mid twenties, and draw a variety of both SFW and NSFW art.

Community Goals

While im a bit socially inept, I still want to try and grow as a creator, and have a loving community of my very own. To begin this journey, I've started to spread out to several platforms! These include Furaffinity, Twitch and even Youtube ! Though this last one is still in the woodworks.

Plans for the Future

Current plans include:- making art more frequently
- making animatics or mini comics
- making semi animated episodic stories of characters and life eventsmore to be updated soon!

T.O.S1. No one on my Blacklist may own one of my designs for any reason.2. No one may sell / trade any of my designs for more then they were purchased for unless PAID add-ons / commissioned art has been added. Art you made yourself does NOT count! Anyone found to break this rule will be put on watchlist or blacklist depending on severity.3. No one may claim my art, designs or adopts as their own.4. No one may heavily reference, copy, trace, or duplicate/clone any of my art, designs, or adopts (this includes One-Offs or Species related content I have made | please do not void or make one off's of any of my designs unless you ask my permission before hand as i may not be comfortable with some changes!)5. No one may remove my credits/watermark on any art, designs, or adopts I make6. You must pay within 24 hours unless otherwise specified, otherwise the ownership is not transferred over and it will be sold to the next person.7. If you do a chargeback via PayPal, I will also revoke your rights to the character and re-sell them and attach proof you tried to scam me. You will also be added to the blacklist and reported where possible and available.8. Under NO circumstances will ANY donations be considered as a "down payment" for future commissions, adopts, or otherwise from me. I've had this happen a lot and I need to put this here for clarity sake.9. Unless you specify with me what a payment is for, and have confirmed with me to add it onto my waiting list, you cannot backtrack to then claim invalid information. I often write down all details discussed and sometimes print screen details to be sure of accuracy, so if you are caught lying and or changing things and try to gaslight me into thinking otherwise, there will be repercussions including possibility of no refund and a cancelation.10. I have a waitlist / Trello for a reason, anyone who has asked me to put commissions on hold, purchase commissions, or bought gift art from me for other people, or even are doing art trades with me, all have been added to that list after details have been discussed and cemented. I will not do any extra work for free that wasn't already discussed beforehand.11. Any Commission that has gone into the solid line art stage is past the "50% mark" of communication and a refund will not be given past this point. If the Commission is still in its conceptual stage such as rough pose, sketches, ect, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund, but this is heavily dependent.12. You need to give proper communication within the same week I message you regarding any payment, Commission work, or otherwise, or I will give a formal warning, and then blacklist if issues persist.13. I have every right and or reason to refuse or cancel a Commission, sale, or otherwise with little or no reason given / communicated if issues are shown to be a major factor in the current commission or purchase.14. You may not: order a commission from me involving someone else's character without permission, unless it is specifically a gift, and this gift CANNOT be nsfw unless proof is provided they allow that sort of thing.15. I DO NOT do art of canon characters with OC's unless it is SFW ONLY - if proof is shown the creator of the copyrighted material is fine with NSFW then it depends on the type of commissionIf you try to add on extra stuff, or ask for major revisions after you've already confirmed the commission, payment, and concept stages, you WILL be charged extra for any major changes, or your changes will be rejected. I as an artist have the right to refuse any commission I deem too inappropriate, unreasonable, or you have been far too difficult for me to feel comfortable accepting your commission.Any failure in following my TOS will result in you going onto my Watch-List or Blacklist depending on the severity
